Job description

Monarch Communities Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director (Senior Living) CALA or LNHA to oversee daily operations and strategic direction at a NEW JERSEY community. The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and is a salaried, exempt position.

The Executive Director will drive revenue generation, staff development, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident care, while aligning with company culture and values. Salary ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 yearly.
