Job description
The Wellington at North Bend Crossing in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community’s financial, human resources and operations efforts. You will supervise resident services, coordinate with health care providers, and drive occupancy and revenue through strategic planning.
Requirements include a high school diploma with college credits preferred, and 3–5 years of senior living leadership experience. State licensure or credentials may be needed depending on location.
