Job description
Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks an Executive Director to lead daily operations of the Community in Missouri, drive occupancy, and ensure resident and staff satisfaction. You will oversee budgeting, marketing, and regulatory compliance while upholding company standards and a supportive work environment.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), an Assisted Living Administrator license, and at least 7 years in senior living with 3 in leadership.
