Job description
Avamere Living seeks an Executive Director for Washington Gardens Memory Care in Tigard, OR. You will lead operations, resident relations, and financial performance while shaping the team and culture to deliver high-quality resident experiences.
You will develop and execute business plans, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue growth. Requires facility administrator licensure, strong leadership, and ability to mentor staff in a regulated senior living environment.
