Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) offers an Executive Director-in-Training (EDIT) program in the Dallas–Fort Worth or Houston markets. This paid, immersive 12‑month leadership pathway develops operational, financial, people‑management, and strategic capabilities to lead a senior living community.
