Job description
Jaybird Senior Living in Iowa seeks an Executive Director to lead our assisted living and memory care community. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, drive occupancy, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a warm, resident-centered environment for residents and families.
As on‑site leader, you will recruit and supervise staff, partner with the Healthcare Coordinator, monitor quality of care, and communicate clearly with families.
