Pegasus Senior Living's Ridgeland Place Assisted Living and Memory Care seeks an experienced Executive Director to provide proactive leadership, oversee operations, and guide clinical, regulatory, and financial performance.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will build a strong leadership team, manage budgets, ensure licensure compliance, drive sales and census, and champion resident experience.
