Job description
Oakmont Management Group, Milpitas, California, seeks an Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a senior living community. You will hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards.
You will strive to achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and financial compliance while professionally representing the property to residents, their families, and the Corporation.
