Job description
Oakmont Management Group seeks an Executive Director for Oakmont of Beverly Hills to provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the community in Beverly Hills, California. You will lead hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluation, drive occupancy and financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a welcoming, enriching environment for residents and families.
Experience in residential care and RCFE settings is preferred.
