QSL Management is seeking an Executive Director for The Blake at Pensacola. You will lead all aspects of operations including resident care, sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, and facilities management, while directing staffing, budgets and compliance.
The role requires a proven leadership track record in healthcare or senior living, strong financial oversight, and a caring, service-oriented approach. Weekend/evening availability is expected.
