Job description
Jaybird Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Iowa. You will manage daily operations, recruit and develop on-site staff, and drive occupancy through marketing and outreach, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high resident satisfaction.
The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in senior living or healthcare.
