Job description
Jaybird Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role oversees daily operations, directs staff, manages budgets, occupancy goals, and regulatory compliance while fostering a welcoming environment for residents and families.
You will supervise on-site teams, coordinate with the Healthcare Coordinator on care plans, monitor finances, drive occupancy through outreach, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
