Job description
Avista Senior Living in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a dynamic EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR to lead our aging community with compassion and strategic oversight. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing assisted living setting.
You will mentor a team of managers, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain compliance with state regulations. A bachelor's degree and on-site leadership experience in memory care are preferred.
