Job description
QSL Management is seeking an Executive Director for The Barclay at Little River, a senior living community in Wisconsin. You will lead resident wellness, dining, sales, activities, housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring an exceptional resident experience.
Applicants should have 3+ years in a healthcare or senior living leadership role, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong financial oversight skills. Weekend and evening availability may be required as part of operations.
