Job description
QSL Management is seeking an Executive Director for The Blake at Miramar Beach in Florida to lead resident care, sales, dining, activities, housekeeping and maintenance. You will hire, train and coach staff, ensure staffing meets state rules and budgets, and drive the company mission with integrity and safety.
You will collaborate with residents, ownership groups, and government agencies to maintain safety and high-quality care.
