Job description
Elderwood at Lockport in Lockport, NY is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead all maintenance, life safety compliance, and housekeeping operations. This full-time day role includes an on-call weekend requirement and occasional off-hours for emergencies or drills.
You will oversee preventative maintenance, manage budgets and inventories, coordinate vendors, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff while guiding the maintenance team.
