Job description
Bridgeway Park Superior is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the facility. The Maintenance Manager ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, overseeing plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems and equipment repairs.
You will respond to emergencies, inspect logs, coordinate move-ins, maintain grounds, document inspections for fire protection systems, conduct drills, and ensure regulatory compliance.
