Job description
The Arbor Company seeks a Vice President of Facilities Management to lead a 11-state portfolio of senior living communities from Atlanta, GA or remote within our footprint. This full-time role drives safety, compliance, and welcoming environments across 49 communities, mentoring regional teams and reporting to ownership groups.
You'll implement standards, manage capital planning, and ensure survey readiness while collaborating with executives on risk and spend. Travel 50-60% is expected.
