Job description
Bickford Senior Living in Okemos, Michigan, is seeking a Family Advocate to lead tours and drive occupancy by following up with prospective residents and their families with empathy and care. You will manage the CRM, coordinate with Branch staff, and help move residents smoothly into the branch, while building relationships with community professionals to maximize referrals.
