Job description
Sinceri Senior Living is seeking an Associate General Counsel to provide strategic and practical legal guidance across operations, growth, and corporate initiatives. This role partners with senior leaders to address employment law, resident claims, contracting, regulatory compliance, licensing, and risk management.
You will draft and negotiate agreements, support governance, and develop compliance training for teams. Travel may be required to support multi-site operations and regulatory surveys.
