Job description
Atria Senior Living is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day community operations with full profit and loss responsibility. You will execute the operations plan, recruit and develop staff, and align sales, marketing, and service to meet financial goals.
You will partner with leadership to drive census, manage budgets, and maintain a safe, high‑quality living environment for residents across the community. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in related fields are preferred.
