Job description
Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for Ivy Park at Monterey to lead marketing strategies, generate leads, and guide residents through transitions to their new homes. You will partner with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft a cutting-edge plan that aims to meet budgeted occupancy targets.
You will manage daily activities, coordinate events, and build relationships with community organizations to maximize outreach and enrollment.
