Trulee Evanston seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to drive occupancy and revenue growth for a 160-unit senior living community in Evanston, IL. The role blends leadership of two sales team members with a hands-on selling approach in a dynamic Chicago-area market.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of senior housing sales experience, a proven occupancy track record, and strong relationship-building skills. Base salary is $115,000 with a commission plan to exceed 30% earnings annually.
