Job description
Jeff Harris and Associates is seeking a results-oriented Director of Sales & Marketing to lead census growth, community outreach, and strategic marketing initiatives in Central Florida.
The role owns occupancy and revenue goals, guides the sales process from inquiry to move-in, builds partnerships with families, referral sources, and community partners, and analyzes metrics to drive visibility and census.
