Job description
The Ivy Mountain View is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. The Sales and Marketing Director will lead lead qualification, guide transitions into new homes, and partner with the Executive Director to execute strategic plans aimed at achieving occupancy budgets.
As a key leader, you will create trust with residents and families, drive occupancy initiatives, and coordinate events while building community partnerships and maintaining exceptional service standards.
