Oakmont of Pacific Beach, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Sales and Marketing Director to drive lead generation and occupancy growth. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft strategic marketing plans and oversee outreach to families and residents.
With 3+ years in marketing or sales, you will manage campaigns, lead events, and build strong partnerships while ensuring exceptional service and occupancy progress.
