Job description
Wesley Willows in Rockford, IL seeks a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead strategic growth, brand positioning, and community relationships. You will drive occupancy goals across both campuses, own the CRM, and guide digital marketing and lead generation efforts.
The role requires 7+ years in sales/marketing leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and local travel. A Master’s degree and experience in senior living or hospitality are preferred.
