Job description
Charter Senior Living of Mequon is seeking a Business Development Director to lead sales and marketing for our senior living community. You will focus on occupancy growth through relationship-based outreach, referrals, and proactive lead management.
This role partners with the Executive Director and local providers to build trusted referral networks, conduct community presentations, and drive moves-in while delivering outstanding resident experiences.
