Oakmont Management Group’s Ivy Park Belmont community is seeking a Health Services Director to oversee resident care coordination and medication management under physician supervision. The role ensures residents remain as independent as possible for as long as possible and provides leadership to nursing staff.
The ideal candidate holds a California LVN/RN license, with RCFE experience preferred, and must pass background checks and health screenings.
