Job description
Clearwater Highland Park in Dallas, TX is seeking a Health Services Director (RN or LPN) to provide leadership for resident care across the community. The role partners with physicians, hospitals and families to ensure high-quality, compliant services for assisted living residents.
The director will hire, train and supervise staff, coordinate care plans and medications, and maintain regulatory standards while promoting a culture of compassion and service.
