Job description
Trustwell Living at Cherryvale Place is seeking an Assistant Health Services Director in Rockford, IL. You will lead the clinical team, oversee medication management, and coordinate personalized care plans for seniors in assisted living settings.
The role requires an active RN or LPN license (compact license encouraged) and demonstrated leadership as a Wellness Director, HCC, or DON within the last year. A valid driver’s license is also expected.
