Job description
The Health and Wellness Director (LPN or RN) is an integral member of the management team and works closely with the Executive Director to ensure the health and wellness of our residents, performing initial and ongoing assessments and observation of our residents' physical and psycho-social needs, while coordinating with other departments to assure the highest quality of care.
