Job description
Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator (RN or LPN) to partner with the Community Director to deliver person-centered care in a supportive senior living environment. This role leads the resident care team, oversees care programs, ensures regulatory compliance and HIPAA guidelines, and maintains company standards.
You will manage care planning, documentation (EHR/eMAR), budgeting, staffing schedules, and 24/7 on-call coverage for emergencies.
