Saratoga Retirement Community, part of Transforming Age, seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all HR programs, systems, and initiatives. The roleReports to the Executive Director and partners with leaders to foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and accountability.
The position requires strong leadership, California employment law knowledge, and a track record in recruiting, onboarding, compensation, payroll, and policy administration. DOE salary ranges are offered.
