Job description
Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, is seeking a Maintenance Director for its senior living community. The role oversees maintenance and housekeeping operations to keep the property safe, clean, and fully functional, in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
You will supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks, and ensure daily readiness of the property.
