Job description
Oaks at Heritage Pointe in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Director to coordinate residence maintenance services and keep the facility safe and well-maintained for residents. You will manage preventative maintenance, respond to repair requests, and supervise staff, vendors, and inventories.
The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, plus CPR/First Aid and safety certifications. Experience in long-term care is preferred.
