Job description
Compass Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance and housekeeping needs of a senior living community. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday (7:00 a.m.
– 3:30 p.m.) with on-call emergencies, and requires coordinating with leadership to ensure safety, compliance, and smooth operation. You will oversee outside vendors, manage a maintenance log, and ensure apartments are rent-ready after turnover.
