Job description
Ciela Senior Living is seeking an Engineering Director / Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance of the community building, grounds, and vehicles. The role ensures a safe, clean, and attractive environment and regulatory compliance.
You will manage preventative maintenance, budgets, vendor contracts, and a team across maintenance, housekeeping, and safety functions, reporting to the Executive Director.
