Job description
Cogir Senior Living operates several communities and is seeking a Maintenance Director in Salem to oversee daily facility operations and preventative maintenance. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and major appliances while ensuring safety standards and resident comfort.
You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate bids with leadership, and ensure on-time repairs, budget adherence, and strong resident relations.
