Job description
Oaks At Post Road Llc is seeking a Maintenance Director for a senior living residence in Georgia. This role will coordinate maintenance services, keep the facility in excellent repair, and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities include supervising preventative maintenance, handling move-ins/outs, and managing grounds upkeep. The ideal candidate has experience in long-term care and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
