Job description
Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Park at Santa Monica is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead maintenance and housekeeping for the community, ensuring safe, clean living spaces for residents.
Role requires mechanical aptitude, supervisory experience, and ability to manage day-to-day facility operations. Works Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with pay between $33.25 and $35.00 per hour.
