Job description
Bridges by EPOCH at Westwood is hiring a Maintenance Director for a full-time, 9am-5pm schedule at our memory care assisted living community in Westwood, MA. You will oversee day-to-day plant operations, lead a facilities team, manage budgets, and collaborate on safety and maintenance programs.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Maintenance Director experience, strong leadership and excellent communication, with knowledge of MA assisted living regulations preferred.
