Job description
The Ivy Mountain View, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Sales and Marketing Director to drive occupancy and lead generation. Collaborate with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft a strategic marketing plan and guide residents through transitions to their new home.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in marketing or outside sales, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Health screenings and background checks are required.
