Job description
Curana Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary care in senior living facilities. You will perform direct patient care, promote wellness, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate care with other providers.
Travel to assigned facilities is required; we offer a supportive environment with autonomy in practice, CME support, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.
