Job description
Jaybird Senior Living seeks a Healthcare Coordinator (RN) to partner with the Community Director in delivering exceptional, people-centered care in a senior living setting. You will lead the resident care team, oversee care programs, and uphold HIPAA and state regulations.
You will manage care coordination, documentation in the EHR/eMAR, staff onboarding, and regulatory compliance while supervising budgets and on-call support.
