Job description
Kendal Corp. is seeking a Nurse Navigator to serve as the primary clinical resource and care-coordination professional for Independent Living residents in the Bowie, MD area.
You will promote wellness and coordinate transitions across the care continuum, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. This role requires an active RN license and a minimum of 3 years’ experience with older adults.
