Job description
Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all clinical operations in the Oakwood community. You will lead the clinical team, ensure safe, high-quality resident care, and drive compliance with state and federal regulations.
You will oversee service plans, regulatory readiness, infection control, and collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
