Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide OT services per clinical guidelines in a multi-site setting. You will screen, evaluate, and treat residents, develop plans of care, and oversee COTAs and rehab techs, while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include discharge planning, inter-disciplinary collaboration, and travel between communities as needed.
