Job description
The Retreat at Covington in Covington, VA is seeking an Executive Director to lead the daily operations of the assisted living community. This role oversees financial performance, staff leadership, and resident satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and guiding sales and marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
The Executive Director reports to the Director of Operations and/or COO and hands-on manages operations, safety, and adherence to guidelines.
