Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered OT services in assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities in Lafayette, CA. You will work under an OT, supervise rehab techs, and manage treatment plans while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, documenting, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
